Privacy Policy
At Covelle we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Covelle is operated by Four Frontiers B.V., Rendementsweg 20-A, 3641 SL Mijdrecht, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number 93573197). Four Frontiers B.V. is the party responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
When you visit or make a purchase from our store, we collect the information needed to fulfil your order: your name, shipping and billing address, email address and payment details (processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card details). We also collect limited device information (browser, IP address, pages viewed) through cookies to keep the store working properly and to understand how it is used.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your order, and to send order updates and tracking information
- To provide customer support
- To send marketing emails — only if you signed up for them; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email
- To improve our store and, where permitted, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising
Sharing
We only share your data with service providers who help us run the store — such as payment processors, shipping carriers and our e-commerce platform (Shopify) — and only what they need to do their job. We never sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via our contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example under the CCPA for California residents).
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the store to function (such as your cart) and, with your consent where required, analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
