Shipping is free on every U.S. order — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only, to all 50 states.

Processing & delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. These are estimates rather than guarantees: carrier delays and busy periods around the holidays can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll resolve it with a replacement or a full refund.

30-Night Sleep Guarantee

Every Covelle product is backed by our 30-night sleep guarantee. Try it in your own bed for up to 30 nights. If you're not sleeping cooler and more comfortably, contact us and we'll refund the full purchase price — no fuss, no awkward questions.

And yes, you can have used it. That's the whole point of a sleep trial, and you don't need the original packaging.

Returns & refunds

To start a return or guarantee claim, reach out via our contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please wait for those instructions before sending anything back, because items returned to an address we didn't provide can't be matched to your order.

You cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend a tracked service, since the return remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Once it arrives, we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Shipping within the U.S. is free, so there are no shipping charges to refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Received a damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice. We cover all shipping costs in that case. You'll never be asked to pay to fix our mistake.

Cancellations

Changed your mind before it ships? Contact us as soon as you can and we'll cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse yet. Once an order has shipped, the 30-night sleep guarantee above applies.
